A Certificate of Liability Insurance (minimum of $2,000,000.00 in General Liability) naming the City of Fort Saskatchewan as additional insured is required. Please submit to specialevents@fortsask.ca* referencing your BUSINESS NAME in the email title.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The City of Fort Saskatchewan also requires that all companies and/or vendors that are hired on behalf of your business carry liability insurance in the same amount as above.
**IMPORTANT NOTE** Tents and Power will not be provided. It is the responsibility of the food operator to ensure they have all the necessary operational needs to run their food truck/business.
*The AHS Special Events Food Vendor Package and/or Certificate of Liability Insurance can also be attached to this form if available/completed at time of submission.
